Namely the collaborations with Christian Bérard, Janine Janet and Marc Lalique : decorative artists known for their finesse and light - hearted charm. Still, such inspiration is freely interpreted. It acts as a spring board for a deft | collection which combines fantasy, femininity and edge.The feminine silhouette is characteristic of Nina Ricci.The cut and form sum up a contemporary simplicity. Subtle nods to Bérard, Janet and Lalique run throughout. Intentional contradictions are omnipresent. Tailored pieces appear softened via signature Ricci details, an asymmetric playfulness or being cut in ultra light fabrics.
